Portfolio: Northwest Associates

Revor Cleaning Services was awarded the contract by Northwest Associates to provide cleaning services for their London based offices. The contract encompasses daily maintenance at two of their office branches and cleaning works commenced within hours of their request.

Although the client’s procurement timetable required a few days for contract signing to commencement of services, our comprehensive mobilisation plan enabled us to ensure that the TUPE transfer of existing staff took place in a smooth and efficient manner and to the satisfaction of Northwest Associates, to whom this aspect was critical as it involved directly employed staff of their own as well as the previous contractor’s staff.

The inclusion and involvement of the schemes was a priority for Revor Cleaning Services and to this end Northwest Associates local management teams attend scheduled meetings alongside Revor management to deal directly with any cleaning issues or concerns and to acquire direct feedback on the quality of the service.

Other innovations Revor have contributed to the Northwest Associates contract include the introduction of pre-paid Customer Satisfaction Survey Cards in order to collect satisfaction data and also communicating to all managers, by individual letter and via scheme notice boards, the agreed cleaning specification, when and how frequently the cleaning will take place.
